Finance Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the finance department
- Prepare and process invoices using SAGE50 CDN Edition
- Maintain internal CRM Database and Client Databases for invoicing
- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to maintain accurate records and attention to detail
- Familiarity with SAGE 50 CDN would be preferred
- Knowledge of basic administrative tasks and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Professional phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills
**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
