We are looking for a self-driven, innovative and entrepreneurial Recruiter to attract and hire great veterinarian talent across our NVA General Practice Hospitals.

As a Recruiter, you are an ambassador for NVA. You must have a passion for making connections, meeting new people and building meaningful relationships. You are multi-faceted with a great mix of problem solving and interpersonal communication skills, which enables you to succeed in a highly collaborative and fast-paced work environment.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Partner with our NVA Operations Team and other Hiring Managers to assess and support recruiting needs, attracting, and hiring the best talent.
- Regularly conduct phone and video interviews to screen talent and build rapport.
- Work cross functionally to develop and implement the recruitment strategy for all assigned open positions and communicate that strategy to hiring managers.
- Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house recruiting tools to promote opportunities.

**What makes someone a good fit?**
- 4+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Sense of urgency to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; bonus points for Avature knowledge
- Top-notch organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
- Technologically savvy, including proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
