**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the recruitment process: The recruitment specialist will manage the entire recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and working with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers: The recruitment specialist must build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruitment best practices, and collaborate on the recruitment process.
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment laws and regulations: The recruitment specialist must stay up-to-date on relevant recruitment laws and regulations in the region to ensure compliance with the company's recruitment practices.
- Develop Salaries Benchmarking for different positions to analyze where we should focus our recruitment strategy for a cost-effective hiring process
- Complete and Analyze recruitment metrics: The recruitment specialist must complete the required metrics reports and analyze trends to improve the recruitment process.
- Thoroughly understand, live by, and advocate the company’s culture and values.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field is preferred.
- Bilingual (French/English) is considered an asset
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience recruiting Sales roles
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and organization are paramount, and I have a continuous desire to learn and improve
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices
- The ability to thrive in the fast-paced and ever-changing environment of a startup is a must
