Sherwood Park, Canada Can Der Construction Full time

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the volunteer programming at Three Robins.
- Support the various resident clubs (Gardening, Pets, Recreation, Food Services, Maintenance,etc.) and verify all materials and supplies are available.
- Meet with individual residents to determine their talents/skills that they may want to share with the community.
- Engage outside community events as directed by the GM and Residents' Council.
- Attend all Resident Council Meetings and individual club meetings; report on community events and issues impacting the Three Robins Community.
- Work a minimum of two nights per week (noon to 8pm).
- Coordinate all resident move-ins.
- May need to assist with leasing.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Five years of customer service and networking experience; preferably with the senior population.
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills with peers, visitors and residents.
- Be enthusiastic, creative and open to new ideas.
- Superior oral and written communications skills.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to handle multi-resident requests.
- Ability to be flexible with hours.
- Good problem solving skills.

Conditions of Employment:

- Clear and current Police Criminal and Vulnerable Sector Check
- Driver's License and have own vehicle
- Must be willing to work weekends as part of the 5-day employment

The Community Engagement Representative supports the culture of the building and ensures that each resident develops a meaningful community experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with senior groups and building connections.

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Sherwood Park, AB T8H 0W5 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Sherwood Park, AB T8H 0W5: Relocate before starting work (required)
