Office Manager

Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Supervise and coordinate office activities, answering phone.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and productivity
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department
- Communicate effectively with staff members to ensure smooth communication within the office
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave requests
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and coordinate repairs as needed
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft office, excel and word.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of phone systems and other office equipment
- Familiarity with payroll processes and basic accounting principles
We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
