We are looking to add an Office Coordinator to support Revelstoke’s only licensed long-term brokerage and property management companies and our vacation rentals division, all located in the same office. The focus of this role is to support the team and ensure smooth operations of the office operations in conjunction with management.

**Duties and tasks**:

- Act as the face of Revelstoke Property Services.
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Answer telephone inquiries from tenants, owners, and guests, assist as best as possible or direct to correct department / manager of respective.
- Control agendas, travel plans and appointments as required.
- Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company.
- Data entry of accounting items, billing, receipt processing.
- Assist with file management, data entry, updating property information in systems.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Assist with tenant issues and direct to correct department.
- Take minutes of meetings as required.
- Assist with inspections as needed.
- Create and update relevant databases and records for financial, personnel, company, and property information.
- Office administration tasks such as printing signs, welcome letters, notices, parking passes, etc.
- Track and replace supplies within the purchase order system and approval methods.
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed.
- Assist colleagues whenever possible.
- Assisting maintenance team with coordination of projects as needed.
- Covering Guest Service Agent on their days off (Tues/Wed) and assisting GSA on busy arrival days.
- Answering phones when operations is out on the field or in client meetings.
- General admin tasks where necessary.
- Assisting housekeeping with consumable drops and guest requested items.
- Being trained on housekeeping inspections and snap inspections.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Office administration
- Light Bookkeeping and Data Entry
- QuickBooks knowledge - an asset
- Property Ware knowledge - an asset

**Pay Info**:
Full time, 40hrs per week. M-F (some weekend availability if needed). $20.00-$23.00/hr
