As part of our growth strategy, we seek a proactive and results-oriented **Business Development Specialist** to help us expand our client base, forge strategic partnerships, and identify new opportunities in key industries and regions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation and Client Acquisition**:
- Identify and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline of prospective clients
- Close new business opportunities by presenting tailored solutions that align with client needs.
**Partnership Building**:
- Build and nurture partnerships with other businesses and organizations to create strategic alliances.
- Collaborate with partners to co-develop initiatives that drive mutual growth.
**Market Analysis and Strategy Development**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, emerging markets, and target demographics.
- Develop strategies to capitalize on opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support.
**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and compliance teams to align strategies and deliver cohesive solutions.
- Provide feedback and insights from the market to help shape service offerings and business strategies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor’s degree** in business administration, marketing, or a related field (required).
- **2+ years of experience** in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and lead generation platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of cross-border business operations or compliance services is a plus.
