**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking and outreach efforts.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals that address client requirements.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company’s services and expand professional networks.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
