Pride Signs is a proven leader in the sign solution industry with over 35 years history of success derived from a focus on providing organizations with a single-source sign solution. Signage is the most essential marketing tool that must communicate a highly visible and positive impression.
Our skilled team is equally comfortable in creating new concepts or working from corporate standards to produce a complete range of signage. All our signs are made in our fully appointed production facility in Cambridge, Ontario that was configured to provide the capacity required to deliver on national programs and for its strategic location in the heart of Canada’s strongest economic area. **What you will do**
- Assess site plan, elevation drawings and site check reports for potential signage issues and determine resolutions.
- Coordinates concrete base installations ensuring bases are properly located using locate packages, permit requirements and utilizing sub-contractor supplied public and private locates. Obtain client/customer approval prior to mobilizing sub-contract to perform scope of work.
- Coordinates and follows up with installation and service with sub-trades. Ensures permits are issued before installation where necessary.
- Source and develop new sub-contractor partners. Negotiate pricing, and provide technical advise and guidance.
- Monitor progress and timeliness of installations both locally and with our Pride Partner network. Manage and troubleshoot sub-contractor technical concerns.
- Drive improvement with cost reductions in travel and installation time while maintaining the high level of service expectation. Negotiates cost effective pricing on installations, bases and electrical hook-ups.
- Prepares installation packages for sub-trades consisting of installation instructions, purchase order, work orders and sign details.
**What we need**
- Required proficiency English, written and spoken.
- Post-secondary education preferred in Construction Management or Project Management..
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, with a technical aptitude in construction
- Team player with multi-tasking abilities and strong organization skills.
- Excellent customers focus a must.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office and familiar with ERP systems
- Demonstrated Project Management Skills
**Salary**: $54,000.00-$71,000.00 per year
