**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The Operations Administrator has a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at CAST and will predominantly work with the BlackTrax product line. This role acts as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that communication flows effectively across all levels. It will also be involved in projects to improve operational processes.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Databases: With management, help create and maintain databases related to Operational workflow.
- Administrative: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Monitor schedules of incoming and outgoing gear, while also flagging important dates where relevant.
- Shipping: Handle shipping paperwork and communication where required.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain and update organizational databases. Manage and organize documents, records, and reports, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Communication: Handle inquiries and requests, as well as provide information as needed.
- Financial Support: Assist in managing budgets, BOMs & tracking expenses.
- Project Assistance: Provide support for various projects, including research, data analysis, and coordination of project activities. Assist in planning and organizing project-related meetings and events.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Office Management: Oversee office operations, including maintenance of office equipment and supplies. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 2 + years of experience in Operations, Business Administration or a related field.
- High School diploma is a requirement. Post-Secondary education in Business Administration or Operations Management is preferred.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems and understanding of data visualization techniques.
- Experience with Zoho Inventory is a big asset
- Eligible to work in Canada

**LOCATION**:
CAST is located at 35 Ripley Avenue, Suite 1 on the southwest side of Toronto, ON. You can drive, take the TTC (Queen streetcar to South Kingsway and walk a block, or the subway to Runnymede and a short bus ride), or bike it in the summer.
