**Junior Operations Administrator**

**Job Summary**

The **Junior Operations Administrator** is responsible for entering & assessing all Contract submissions sent to us by our team of Sales Agents. Additional responsibilities relating to processing contracts will be assigned. This position will take place in a fast paced, friendly, and team-oriented environment.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Processing Contract submissions
- Inputting Contract submissions
- Reviewing entries for data entry errors
- Verifying compliance as per industry standards
- Understanding company standards
- Consulting with other departments when required

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Data Entry experience is a must
- Speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Some Customer Service experience

This is a Full-time position onsite: 9:00am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday
