**JOB SUMMARY**
As the Compliance Manager at AIIM, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations, including SOC2, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001. Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing our compliance frameworks to maintain the highest standards of security, quality, and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will be instrumental in guiding our company towards ISO 14001 certification as a future objective.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Compliance Management.
- Proven experience in managing compliance programs, preferably within the communications or technology sector.
- In-depth knowledge of SOC2, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001 standards, with a track record of successful implementation and maintenance.
- Familiarity with compliance tracking tools, with experience in JIRA considered a valuable asset.
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of security and compliance initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable strategies.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Adhere to Health and Safety Policy and to report all unsafe and unhealthy work conditions

2. To produce quality work effectively and efficiently.

3. Oversee and manage compliance initiatives related to SOC2, ISO 27001, and ISO 9001 standards, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

4. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and enhance operational resilience.

5. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance requirements throughout the organization.

6. Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures, fostering a culture of compliance awareness and accountability.

7. Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams for security and compliance initiatives, establishing project plans, timelines, and milestones.

8. Respond to client and prospective client questionnaires and compliance assessments.

In addition, the Compliance Manager’s focus is on conducting regular audits and assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement in compliance frameworks, which is made possible by completing the following scheduled activities such as:
9. Annual - ISO 27001 Internal and External Audits, ISO 9001 External Audit, Penetration Testing, KPI Report, DR Test, BCP Table Top and Incident Reporting Exercises, Employee Awareness Training & Phishing Sims, Risk Assessment, Vendor Evaluation, Skills Matrix Review, ISO Policy Documents Review

10. Bi-Annual - ISO 9001 Internal Audit, Management ISO Steering Committee Meeting, Internal Vulnerability Test

11. Quarterly - Firewall Rules Review, User Access Rights Review

12. Monthly - ISO Events Report to Management, External Vulnerability Test
