**Overview**:
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our company as a Compliance Specialist. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while also supporting marketing initiatives to promote our products effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing polyurethane production, handling, and distribution.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of company operations, facilities, and processes to identify compliance risks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance requirements into business processes and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Investigate compliance incidents, violations, and complaints, and implement corrective actions and preventive measures as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities, audits, and corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance letter, marketing strategies and campaigns to promote polyurethane products effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Support the development of product positioning, messaging, and branding strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in marketing and compliance management.
- Maintain and develop relationships with certification body, major labs, and regulation entities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a compliance role within the chemical manufacturing industry, preferably with knowledge of polyurethane products.
- Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing chemical manufacturing and product marketing.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing or related fields, with knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify compliance risks and marketing opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing tools and platforms.
- Professional certification in compliance management or marketing is desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
