We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at iLOLA. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to promote our products and services, increase brand visibility, drive customer engagement and increase sales.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.

2. Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Amazon Advertising.

3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights that will inform marketing strategies.

4. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

5. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and product to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital channels.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging digital marketing trends to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

9. Working with the Social Media Manager and sales team to drive brand awareness and increase direct to website sales.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

2. Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

4. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager/Facebook Ads Manager/TikTok Ads Manager/Amazon Advertising Console.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams as well as external partners or agencies.

7. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
