About Us:

Say When Beverages Inc. is a leading manufacturer of brewed, tea and botanical based drinks. We are excited to introduce our new beverage that defies categorization. A gently carbonated beverage made from 100% real fruit and botanicals, steeped together for maximum flavor extraction - the word "soda" doesn't do it justice. By using a mix of familiar and exotic ingredients, we create complex flavors and rich mouth feel while keeping sugar and calories to a minimum.

The result is a light, sophisticated, highly refreshing drink that is only 35 calories or less per can. As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for expanding our online presence, engaging with our audience, and driving overall awareness for our brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management:
    • Create and execute digital marketing strategy.
    • Work with contractors such as branding and influencer marketing agencies to achieve digital marketing goals.
    • Develop and execute content calendars for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
    • Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
  • Paid Advertising:
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.
    • Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet ROI targets.
  • Content Creation and Strategy:
    • Create engaging, on-brand posts, stories, and videos that resonate with our audience.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and compelling content (graphics, videos, blogs).
    • Write and edit copy for email campaigns, blog posts, and product descriptions.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor website traffic, social media performance, and campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
    • Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve performance.
  • E-Commerce and Digital Sales Support:
    • Optimize the brand's website and online store (if applicable) for SEO and user experience.
    • Support digital initiatives to drive online sales or promote in-store availability.
  • Influencer and Partner Collaborations:
    • Identify and engage with influencers or brand ambassadors to expand brand reach.
    • Coordinate giveaways, partnerships, and collaborative campaigns.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the food and beverage or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok).
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for basic content creation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Benefits:

We offer an attractive compensation package, including a competitive salary of $62,500 annually, commensurate with experience. You will also be eligible for a performance bonus of up to 20% of your base salary annually, based on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
