**Description**

Our Client is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) consultant who is collaborative, resourceful and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- A degree in a related field
- A demonstrated track record (minimum 5 years) of successfully leading the planning and execution of strategic change efforts in support of organization and cultural change.
- Experience creating and delivering change management activities within a project structure.
- Solid understanding of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience working within large-scale organizational change efforts.

**Nice To Have Skills**
- Support leadership to utilize change management best practices and approaches needed to successfully implement projects and initiatives.
- Develop actionable change management plans with associated initiatives and strategies that are appropriately scaled and integrated.
- Analyze problems or issues in a systematic way to identify underlying causes for change resistance.
- Engage in a range of approaches to generate possible resolutions and holistic solutions.
- Generate original ideas, formulate change strategies, and develop innovative solutions based on a broad knowledge of change management methodologies and techniques.
- Work closely with Project Managers to integrate Change Management activities into project plans.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to engage, motivate, coach and mentor team and project members.
- High level of communication skills with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Ability to work in a changing environment and take on new challenges.
- Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
- Demonstrable initiative and resourcefulness.
- Ability to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Acute business awareness and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Change management certification would be considered a strong asset.

**Location**
- Edmonton/Remote

**Work Environment**
- 9 months with possibility of extension

**Hourly Rate**
- Negotiable
