Change Manager

**Description**
Our Client is seeking a PROCSCI-qualified Change Management Specialist to work with internal groups and create strategies and content to effectively manage change deliverables that will enable impacted stakeholders to successfully transition from their current state to the future state. This position is responsible for documenting, communicating, coordinating, and executing change requests.

**Experience Required/Mandatory Skills**
- Change Management Certification (e.g. prosci)
- Experience implementing Accenture AESG SAP solutions in a large and complex public sector environment. (2+ years)
- Experience developing change management deliverables including Change Strategy and Plan, Change Impact Assessments, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans, Resistance Management Plans for an SAP (ERP) implementation. (5+ years)
- Experience developing business readiness programs and assessments, and facilitating training or stakeholder engagement. (5+ years)
- Experience developing communications and delivering technical training at multiple levels of an organization. (eg. Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee, Branch Managers, End Users) (5+ years)
- Experience conducting change impact analysis and readiness assessments. (5+ years)
- Experience defining and measuring success metrics and change progress. (5+ years)
**Nice To Have Skills**
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings with stakeholders at all levels. (5+ years)
- Experience working in a team environment - with staff, contractors and vendor teams.
- Experience using MS Office products (5+ years)
- Experience with risk management and issues management (5+ years)
- Experience assessing and managing key stakeholders. (5+ years)
- Experience in the role as a Change Manager implementing Accenture AESG SAP Solution (1+ year)
- Experience delivering training sessions in a blended learning environment (in person and via web-based interactive technology i.e. TEAMs) (4+ years)

- 11 months with 1 possible 1-year extension
