  • Role Overview

  • First Tek, Inc. is seeking a skilled GoA Change Management Specialist to provide strategic support on various priority initiatives related to data and digital strategy within the Children and Family Services (CFS) Ministry.

  • Key Responsibilities
    1. Collaborate with project teams, business areas, and leadership to develop strategies and content for effective change management.
    2. Ensure the development of appropriate change management strategies and recommendations for all priority initiatives defined by the ministry.
    3. Create maps, presentations, and content to analyze and execute change initiatives from start to finish.
    4. Contribute to risk and issues management identification and response strategies.
    5. Engage and assess key stakeholders, develop a stakeholder analysis, and conduct change impact and change readiness analyses.
    6. Oversee implementation of change management strategies and assist project teams with communication strategies, schedules, training plans, and training materials.
    7. Regularly report to project leads and senior leadership on the status and progress of the change plan.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide strategic support to project teams and business areas.
