**Project Coordinator**

This role is responsible for coordinating our custom high-value projects for both low voltage/automation and security. You are highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail, and enjoy interacting with clients and team members on job sites and over the phone.

Our projects are custom tailored for builders and homeowners and often take months to complete. They involve hundreds of hours and synchronization with other service providers whose work integrates with ours. Projects have several phases and involve expert technicians across a range of disciplines. This is a job about the details. It is fast-paced, interesting and varied.

We ensure Vancouver’s largest homes have the most comprehensive and advanced security and automation systems that are predictable, easy to use, insurable and to the exact specifications of our design. Our systems save lives and are relied upon by customers trusting us with their homes and families.

**The Role**

This position communicates with General Contractors and Site Supervisors and has direct communication with homeowners who are the end-users. This role helps ensure that our internal Tech Team runs efficiently, allowing them to focus on the work they are best at. It includes managing the administrative details and verifies that our instructions and project outlines are complete, clear and understood. This role ensures our resources are being appropriately utilized and that clients receive the best value from the hours we spend on their projects

We aspire to be the easiest trade General Contractors deal with. This role helps make that possible as the first point of contact and the one who is responsible for, and has the authority to, adjust schedules for all assigned projects in order to maximize client satisfaction and job profitability.

Working with our project management software, this role will not only follow, but help define and refine, our checklists and procedures for every type of work we perform. It will involve identifying when change is necessary and ensuring every stakeholder is apprised of decisions and deadlines needed to keep a project moving forward.
