**Project Coordinator**

The **Project Coordinator** role will be responsible for managing projects from the administrative and business development perspective. This individual will work closely with Project Managers and Construction Superintendents throughout the construction process to deliver the project successfully.

**Qualifications & Knowledge**:

- Post-secondary education in Construction
- Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Adobe Acrobat Software
- Intermediate knowledge of means and methods and construction sequences
- Planning, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize own work, and delegate tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player, self-motivated and proactive thinker
- Passionate about learning and career growth

**Responsibilities**:

- Review documents, project drawings, contracts, and specifications in detail and inform the appropriate team about potential issues or conflicts
- Issue and manage Request for Information (RFI’s), Submittals and Change Orders
- Review and coordinate shop drawings
- Prepare contracts and manage revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
- Liaise with the project team, clients, consultants and sub-contractors
- Assist in the management of meetings, workshops and ensures effective record keeping
- Control project documents
- Assist with marketing and proposal writing
- Assist with tendering, quantity take-offs and tender analysis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $57,465.00-$80,000.00 per year
