We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Garage Door Division.As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and leading a team of dedicated sales representatives. As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by promoting and selling construction services and products to prospective clients. You will lead a team of sales professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability. Your role will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies, cultivating client relationships, and staying updated on industry trends and market dynamics.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Sales Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Drive sales through bids / tenders to General Contractors
- Maintain existing base of exiting General Contractors
- Manage jobs from quote stage through to turnover to end user.
- Project bidding / estimating.
- Follow up on quotations.
- Adhere to contract stipulations.
- Prepare shop drawings and submittals.
- Issue PO requisitions
- Organize jobsite requirements.
- Work with sub contractors and installation crews to manage installations.
- Complete submittal packages
- Oversee invoicing.
- Achieve minimum annual sales targets 1.5M
- Utilize quote / sales tracking forms.
- Maintain accurate job files.

**Management Duties**:

- Management Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Manage sales team and overall sales targets.
- Utilize sales tracking forms.
- Manage quote tracking forms.
- Complete sales employee reviews
- Ride with sales team periodically.
- Increase sales team product knowledge through training.
- Assist sales team with client meetings as needed.
- Seek new products / vendors to increase breadth and depth of product offering.
- Manage WIP meetings.
- Assist service dispatch when required.
- Assist all team members when required

**Skills and Expereince**
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least [3] years of experience in the garage door industry or related field.
- 5 + years or more expereince in Sales
- Previous experience in a sales management or team leadership role is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of garage door products, installation processes, and industry trends.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven individual.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
