**Responsibilities**: As the New Car Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and motivating our sales staff to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your responsibilities will include:

- Inspiring and guiding our sales team.
- Providing coaching and training to enhance the skills and performance of your team.
- Ensuring our high level of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.

**Requirements**: We are seeking a self-motivated individual with the following qualifications:

- Proven experience in a leadership role at a dealership.
- Strong computer skills to effectively manage and analyze sales data.
- Ability to multitask and bring enthusiasm to the team daily.
- Valid OMVIC license in good standing and an Ontario Driver's license.

**Salary**: From $150,000.00 per year
