SECONDARY OFFICE ASSISTANT - Temporary Assignment
The Secondary Office Assistant provides administrative support to the school. Assist administration, teaching staff, students and guardians on a daily basis, in the areas of reception, attendance and guidance.
**School**: Simcoe Shores South Barrie Campus
**Principal**: Harry Stegenga
**Schedule**: 35 hours/week

**Qualifications**:
**Preferred**: Knowledge of JDE, SchoolCash.net, EasyConnect and secondary school attendance procedures. Experience with MS Publisher and Advanced Excel. Secondary office experience and Basic First Aid would be an asset.

Participation in the OMERS Pension Plan is mandatory for all full-time permanent employees, even if currently in receipt of an OMERS pension.
