General Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Keep our workspace spotless and inviting by performing regular cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing common areas.
- **Office Filing**: Organize and manage physical and digital records to ensure easy access to important information and documents.
- **Product Stocking**: Maintain inventory levels of essential supplies and products, ensuring availability for staff and clients.
- **Assistance with Administrative Tasks**: Provide general support across departments, assisting with tasks such as data entry and basic correspondence.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to address facilities-related needs and contribute to a positive office atmosphere.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Previous experience in cleaning, office filing, or similar roles is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
