**Reporting Coordinator**

**What is the opportunity?**
Reporting to the WFM Manager - Business Analytics, the Reporting Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the Bell Technical Solutions management team to work with a wide variety of stakeholders in order to deliver accurate and timely information, develop resources to evaluate process and behaviors of unionized and non-unionized employees.

**What will you do?**
- Design and deliver comprehensive reporting to all levels of management for a variety of measures.
- Assist internal customers in acquiring and understanding WFM related information.
- Work with Quebec counterparts to align process and publish information as needed.
- Prepare analysis for ad hoc requests from all levels of management throughout the organization.
- Identify process improvement initiatives. Provide supporting data for existing initiatives.
- Perform regular data integrity and best practice evaluations and action results appropriately.
- Work with peers to establish their needs, propose and assist in reaching solutions.
- Document WFM published reports. Provide to internal customers upon request in standard format.

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must Have**
- Degree, diploma, certification or experience in a related field
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and basic knowledge of SQL Management Studio software
- Meet the requirements of your current position’
- Demonstrated ability to perform data mining, reporting and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to research/evaluate process and make recommendations based on results.

**Nice to Have**
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & some knowledge of SQL Management Studio would be an asset.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
