What will I be doing?

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Set-up, manage, monitor BT (individual corp transient) SRP's in accordance of brand/hotel/system SOP's
  • Assist in Managing Group Block and Inventory when needed.
  • Monitor and set up SRP codes in R&I for any new definite group, set up group master in PMS and booking link in Passkey.
  • Enter both Transient and Group reservation
  • Own and help manage the upsell program when needed.
  • Balance hotel inventory to ensure straight-line-availability
  • Input and assist allowances daily into FMS.
  • Investigate, action and respond to all eComm/OTA rate parity alerts
  • Proactively manage inventory, balancing room types, processing NOR1 and champion Passkey as required.
  • Update and manage tracking for No Shows, Allowances, Premium room types
  • Review night prior GNS list, determine assessments, no charges or reinstates and process accordingly. For GNS charges, send GNS letter along with receipt to customer
  • Prepare weekly Pace and SRP Activity reports when needed.
  • As needed, update LOS controls for a 365 day window. Ensure LOS controls for 53rd week are set to accommodate expected demand. Use Inventory Master in R&I to set a template of controls for roll-in.
  • Maintain waitlist and action as required
  • Check Daily arrivals for 3 day out window, or over specific dates into future, to ensure accurate reservations, including SRP set up, duplicate check.
  • Process FIT reservations in the absence of
  • Assist with annual budget process by providing required reports and BT, Transient, Leisure expertise.
  • Perform other duties as directed by Complex DORM. Initiate and prepare reports as needed, assist in other administrative duties as needed.
