**Who You Are**

**Role Responsibilities**

The responsibilities of a Salesforce Administrator include but are not limited to:

- Serve as a systems administrator for the Salesforce environment
- Handle all basic to intermediate administrative functions including, but not limited to: user account maintenance, permissions, public groups, sharing rules, reports and dashboards, flows and other tasks
- Build and optimize workflows, flows, APEX coding, page layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, validation rules, etc.
- Troubleshoot system issues and outages where required
- Implement process, automations and other new or enhanced features when necessary
- Perform audits of Production/Sandbox environments
- Identify and evaluate Salesforce efficiency, helping to outline potential opportunities to streamline and improve processes
- Review, test and plan Salesforce regular release and packaged app updates
- Identify and gather requirements, translating them into scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience and best practices
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Communication of any platform changes to end users and management
- Technical documentation

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator with:

- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including, but not limited to: Flows, APEX coding, approval processes, fields, page layouts, roles and permissions, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration
- Integrating apps and third-party services into complex Salesforce environments
- Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Developer, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist (considered an asset)
- At least 2-5 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests and interfacing with business users
- Strong data management abilities
- A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment preferred
- A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

**Location**

This position is open to all applicants located in Canada, although strong preference will be given to those located in Ottawa and those willing to work within the Eastern Time Zone. We offer supportive and flexible work arrangements to all our employees - a mix of in-office and virtual.
