Construction Contract Administrator

Brantford, Canada BML MULTI TRADES GROUP LTD. Full time

Role encompasses all aspects of construction project contract administration including submitting prequalification, bonding, tender and contract documents, contract invoicing and supporting documents, requesting holdback releases and publication of substantial completion. Role also administers subcontracts including health and safety compliance, posting invoices and releasing holdbacks. Preparation of monthly internal project reporting. Preference given to those with Jonas Construction software experience.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
