**Overview**:
As a Graduate, Service Improvement & Reporting Analyst, you will be turning data into actionable and insightful information for our stakeholders. You will make use of our tools and platforms to present data as information and create analytical solutions that are interactive and easy to understand.

What you will do:_**
- Define and implement the Process Performance KPIs, Quality data and trend analysis.
- Provide key insights to assist the Practice Owners and Service Operations teams in maintaining service delivery quality
- Identify Continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support Technical implementation of Key performance indicators and Quality metrics.
- Provide support to data-driven projects and drive automation of reports.
- Gathering and analyzing data, using advanced statistical models, and supporting projects relating to data/reporting solutions.
- Produce monthly quality metrics reports on process compliance performance of teams and provide feedback to the relevant management teams.
- Communicate to internal stakeholders through discussion, presentations, and write-ups of results and meaningful insights gained through data analysis.
- Maintain standard reports, Process performance Metrics, templates, dashboards with insights, and scorecards for Operational teams.

**Qualifications**:
**_Who you are:_**
- Knowledge and/or exposure to the IT industry.
- Knowledge and/or exposure to with data/statistical analysis projects.
- Prior experience in a similar data analytics/BI/ data science focused project.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management practices and procedures
- Strong data and analytical skills.
- Must enjoy working with data and bringing structure to complex data reports.
- ITIL 4 Foundation knowledge, nice to have.
