**Inside Sales Representative, Bilingual**

Our Inside Sales Representatives develop a Bayer relationship with selected ISR-segment growers; educate them on the Bayer product portfolio and BayerValue program, provide technical product information and ensure a rewarding customer experience. This opportunity grows the Bayer Crop Science (BCS) market position with current and new growers, as well as developing loyalty to the BCS brands. Including DEKALB, Crop Protection and Climate FieldView.

This is a home-based, permanent position requiring French and English, covering the Guelph, Southern Ontario area.

**What you will do**:

- Grow and protect sales of BCS products and provide Product Support Services to the targeted Key Customer Segment
- Generate sales leads as well as closing sales through phone interaction
- Utilize inbound/outbound calls to pursue sales of BCS products
- Develop Key Customer account penetration strategies
- Understand product offerings, competitive issues and identify new business opportunities
- Liase and collaborate with Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), Regional Sales Managers (RSAMs) and Customer Insights for the purpose of managing the customer relationship and identifying new sales opportunities to sell BCS products
- Act as technical support “in season” through the Product Support Centre and aid with technical support during the off season

**Who you are**:

- Completed a BA/BSC degree in an agricultural/business/science related field
- Demonstrated sales aptitude in being assertive, persistent, good listener, self-motivated and excellent closing skills
- Customer focused with strong customer relations skills
- Experience in sales or marketing (within the agricultural industry is an asset)
- Excellent English and French oral and written communication
- Demonstrated effective management of timelines
- Well organized with highly effective time and activity management
- Willing to try new or different sales methods, be willing to engage in ongoing learning and training and be able to implement these into work life
- Effective collaboration and teamwork skills
