Are you looking for a sales role that puts you at the cutting edge of innovation and training in a collaborative working environment? NAIT Industry Solutions is a $30+ million per year business unit with over 200 employees that provides applied research, corporate training, and continuing education for partners from industry, government, and other post-secondary institutions nationally and internationally. The Business Development and Sales Team is accountable for providing development and sales support for NAIT Industry Solutions. We are currently seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong customer (internal and external) relationships
- Proactively seek new business opportunities that align with Industry Solutions’ products and services
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested prospects
- Qualify and nurture quality leads
- Help manage lead generation campaigns to target new prospects
- Present NAIT’s products and services to potential clients

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Proven experience in customer service, business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong and confident communication skills (verbal and written)
- Motivated to reach goals and sales targets
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with a wide range of clients

**Qualifications**:

- Related bachelor’s degree or diploma or equivalent combinations of education and/or experience
- At least 3 years of success in a sales or business development role, with a history of exceeding sales goals

**Remuneration: $2,660.87-$3,569.36 plus a comprehensive benefit package**:

- AUPE Classification Advisor/Specialist II
