**Job Description**:

- Responsible for driving excellence in managing and optimizing the sales funnel and pipeline functions, delivering exceptional support to ensure its seamless operation, accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize leads, track progress, and facilitate the movement of opportunities through the sales stages.
- Assist and drive lead generation efforts by researching and identifying potential clients and utilizing various channels and platforms.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and provide the sales team with high-quality prospects.
- Analyze the sales pipeline and provide insights on its health, identify potential bottlenecks, and recommend strategies for improving sales velocity. Monitor key sales metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize the sales process.
- Develop, plan and execute awareness activities to augment sales activities. This includes Contributing to the branding, website, preparations, proposals, and sales collateral that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Follow up with clients and prospects to gather feedback, address inquiries, and provide additional information.
- Responsible for accurate documentation of sales interactions and customer information.

Qualification & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience
- Strong Business acumen.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, pipeline stages, and lead qualification processes. Ability to track and analyze pipeline metrics to optimize sales conversion and revenue growth.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Exceptional customer management skills, a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
- Tools: proficiency in using Office suite, LinkedIn, Zoho, Language assistance tools, Marketing Intelligence tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, SalesIntelligence.io)

Desired Skills
- Fluent in Spanish
- Background in mining companies
- Background working in SaaS and AI

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
