**The Job Summary:
**Key Accountabilities & Success Criteria:
- **Central Point of Contact & Issue Resolution**:

- Efficiently manage the call queue and ticket distribution, promptly addressing user concerns, and maintaining mínimal wait times for customer support.
- **Ticket Management & Coordination**:

- Document and categorize all customer interactions, equipment configurations, and client profiles in the ticketing system, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping.
- Assess and distribute tickets to the appropriate Analyst or team, or escalate complex issues to expert teams for advanced resolution, ensuring a seamless and effective support process.
- **User Management & System Administration**:

- Issue and manage Staff Identity Cards and Building Security Cards, reinforcing the organization's security protocols and standards.
- **User Support, Education & Troubleshooting**:

- Facilitate a structured escalation process for issues requiring advanced technical expertise, maintaining continuity and efficiency in problem resolution.
- **System Integrity & Compliance Monitoring**:

- Conduct systematic audits of the organization's access and security structures, ensuring adherence to standards and proactive identification of areas for improvement.
- **Organizational Leadership & Safety Advocacy**:

- Embrace additional duties as required, showcasing a flexible and dedicated approach to achieving the organization's objectives and enhancing its operational capabilities.
- Actively promote a culture of transparency, safety, and compliance by adhering to and advocating for established patient and staff safety policies and procedures.
- Champion change and support an adaptive environment that is receptive to innovation, driving organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field.

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Exceptional customer service orientation and a commitment to providing responsive, high-quality support.
- A solid understanding of basic computer hardware and a broad knowledge of technology infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 productivity tools, including Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills, coupled with a strong interest in problem-solving and a methodical approach to addressing technical challenges.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in administrating user credentials in Azure Active Directory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems, demonstrating a strong capability in utilizing mainstream office technology.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly assimilate new information and learn new systems and processes.
- A strong desire to learn new technologies, along with the initiative to independently pursue learning opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in the English language, with significant user interaction expected.
- Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrate flexibility, and meet tight deadlines in a challenging and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work extended hours or after-hours as required by project demands or workload.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks concurrently.
