We are equipped to handle all of your underground utility locating needs. Our technicians are rigorously trained and field tested to ensure we are providing the best and safest service

The incumbent should have a solid understanding of basic accounting principals and an advanced knowledge of Quick Books as well as a number of years of experience in a professional office setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Process invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with employees, clients, and other business partners as required.
- Maintain Equipment and Vehicle Fleet records
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

**Salary**: $15.50-$18.00 per hour

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Markham, ON L3R 1E1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
