**Role Description**
This is a full-time in person role for an Administrative Assistant at Reno My Unit Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and providing support to the team. This includes handling phone calls, maintaining communication, and assisting with executive administrative tasks. Purchase orders, online purchases, delivery schedules, multitasking.
Support with social media. The role is primarily located in Toronto.
**Qualifications**
- Strong administrative assistance skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in executive administrative assistance.
- Proficient in clerical tasks such as filing and organizing.
- Sales is an asset.
Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the role include:
- Knowledge of renovation industry.
- Experience with project management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Social media.
**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
