COBS Bread Blundell are for a Retail Sales Manager to manage our sales team and provide effective guidance. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager or Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in your development.

You will be responsible for supervising, managing and coaching team members on a daily basis. As the Retail Sales Manager, you will be the main contact point for all sales team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals. This position requires you to work on weekends and holidays.

Our main goal every day is to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is achieved by having an in-depth knowledge of our product range, understanding how our bakery merchandising impacts customer decisions, giving your customers undivided attention and having positive energy with a can-do attitude.
