**Position Summary**

As a Lead Solar Sales Consultant, you will drive our mission forward by connecting with prospective customers and guiding them through the solar adoption process. You will engage with potential leads, sell customize solar solutions, and represent Pro West Solar Systems in its sales and marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with new leads, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring a smooth journey from initial contact to close.
- Gather key information to assist our design team in creating high-quality, accurate solar proposals.
- Follow up with our existing customer based to create new opportunities
- Conduct in-home and online presentations, showcasing Pro West Solar Systems’ offerings and customized solutions that fit client needs.
- Close sales with a client-focused, common-sense approach.
- Provide client support throughout the project cycle, including post-installation walkthroughs.
- Foster referral opportunities by building strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Support marketing initiatives and participate in trade shows, community events, and networking activities to expand our presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with proven success in achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Solar industry experience is highly preferred; however, proven ability in Sales role with an eagerness to learn will also be considered.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with and build trust with clients.
- Proficiency in modern sales techniques and closing skills.
- Industry-specific sales training is an asset.
- A commitment to the Sales Profession as a long-term career.

**Compensation**
This role includes a competitive base salary, commissions and performance-based bonuses to reward your success and contributions to Pro West Solar Systems’ growth.

Pay: $40,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
