As a B2B Sales Representative, you'll work with us to uncover and convert opportunities to deals by:

- _Leading _- Provide relevant advice and recommendations that ensure the prospect has the right conversations at the right times and makes the best decision for their future.
- _Demystifying_ - Educate the prospect and their team by asking questions to identify the root cause of their poor results and understand what is needed to improve results. Help the client more deeply understand their situation and the changes they need to make to improve their situation.
- _Facilitating _- Identify the different stakeholder groups needed to advance conversations. Gain access and diplomatically support the prospect’s work to gain their stakeholders support necessary to convert the opportunity.
- _Designing win-win deals_ - Propose investments that match the desired outcome. Work with our analytics specialists to craft an offer that ensures the investment will deliver the results promised.
- _Negotiating and closing deals _- B2B opportunities compete for attention. Persist in following up.

Make trade-offs where necessary, to find a solution that achieves progress instead of unattainable perfection._Day-to-Day you will:_
- Lead the development of long-term client success and growth plans and collaborate with others to execute them
- Excite and entice client progress using discussions, presentations, strategy sessions, and cross-agency partner meetings
- Collaborate with Client Success Managers (Project Managers) and Analytics Experts to craft options that meet & exceed client/prospect expectations & needs
- Create proposals & contracts, obtain estimates, and negotiate to crystallize scope details and finalize the sale
- Brief project execution team on deliverables & expectations
- Gain and maintain expert knowledge of our clients' businesses, industries, outlook, and competitors
- Financial management responsibilities include monthly projections and billing, monthly budget review with clients as necessary
- Periodically meet with and inform the Head of Digital Analytics Consulting of prospect status versus plans
- Abilities and characteristics you’ll bring to our team:_
- Effectively execute a consultative sales approach and build lasting relationships
- Innovatively propose win-win solutions best for all parties
- Effectively negotiate deals with VPs of Marketing Technology and CMOs
- A hunter mindset
- Persistence to achieve results
- A high level of drive and hunger to succeed
- A team player with a love for healthy competition
- Excellent communication and presentation skills virtually and in-person
- Willingness to take on and implement coaching feedback to support continued development of your sales skills
- Your qualifications:_
- 3+ years B2B sales with a track record of opportunity capture and conversion skills
- Digital marketing, analytics or IT consulting experience with an agency or consulting firm will be an asset
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and Zoom
- Provide references from past supervisors or clients for your B2B sales accomplishments
