B2b Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Represent company products and services to new and existing customers
- Help the sales team reach agreed upon sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Assist with shipping products to customers
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Familiarity with collaboration platforms
- Familiarity with e-commerce methods and concepts
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong communication skills
- Detail-oriented
**Salary**: $32,720.93-$73,307.97 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
