We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative. In this role, your primary focus will be on sales funnel development and communicating with potential customers in the North American market. You will work closely with the Marketing team and the top management of the company. This is a hybrid working position with 3 days / weekly in our Downtown Toronto office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create sequences for managing and automating sales processes.
- Engage with potential clients through initial meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain a CRM database (HubSpot).
- Execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Automate sales processes and manage sequences effectively.
- Develop strategies for sourcing, qualifying, and outreach to potential clients, collaborating with our marketing team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in North America.
- Experience in building sequences for sales automation and lead generation.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of B2B SaaS products.
- CRM administration experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Open to working in a hybrid environment in Toronto.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines.

Serious Bonus If You

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
