**Organizational Development Assistant**

Working within the Corporate Organizational Development team you will assist with the coordination of LLDP - Leadership Foundations training including preparation and registration for courses as well as post training follow up.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Administration associated with Linamar’s Leadership program- Delivery support via Zoom
- Package and ship physical reminders to attendees
- Microsoft forms - LLDP evaluations and refreshers
- Verification of embedded learning in Online performance management program
- Reporting for Linamar’s Onboarding program
- Keys in, edits, proofreads and finalizes reports, statements, invoices, forms, presentations and other documents, using computer systems and software.
- Sorts material that is to be filed according to particular filing systems.
- Maintains and prepares reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists and databases.
- Sort, process and verify receipts, expenditures, forms and other documents.
- Coordinate training sessions including location, room set up, arranging lunch and training material
- Act as a main point of contact for facilities for training registration
- Coordinate 360 assessment process
- Responsible for post training follow up
- Assist with additional projects as required

**Minimum Requirements**
- Grade 12 education
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with a multi-line phone system
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time...
