Addison Grace Design is an exciting environment where creativity and beautiful design light up our clients' world. We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant who has a passion for creativity and design to join our team We are looking for someone can grow with the company - **the position is part time with daytime hours**.

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and organize databases, reports, and spreadsheets
- Handle customer and employer information confidentially
- Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
- Create and prepare sales and presentation materials
- Support design team
- Manage design library
- Greet & host clientele
- Online research for materials and sources for presentations
- Manage website updates
- Create Social Media Marketing Strategies, Ads, Sponsored Posts, etc...
- Create and update social media channels
- Write blog posts
- Video and Photo Editing
- Manage social media accounts and replies
2. Job Requirements
- A passion for creativity and design
- Some post-secondary education
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Google Docs, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, SEO, Shopify, Adobe Acrobat, Cloud based services, iMovie, Canva, and other technology tools
- Professionalism
- Proficient with technology
- Highly organized
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrates excellent time management skills
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and presentation skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
