**Administrative Assistant/Marketing Assistant**

Addison Grace Design is an exciting environment where creativity and beautiful designs come to life. We are looking for an administrative assistant who has a passion for creativity to join our team We are looking for someone can grow with the company

1.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and organize databases, reports, and spreadsheets
- Post on different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, ex.)
- Help organize marketing initiatives
- Handle customer and employer information confidentially
- Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation
- Create and prepare sales and presentation materials
- Online research for materials and sources for presentations
- Support design team
- Manage design library
- Greet & host clientele
- Complete monthly reports, spreadsheets, data entry, etc...

2. Job Requirements
- A passion for creativity and design
- Some post-secondary education (preferably in design or marketing)
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Cloud based services, and other technology tools
- Familiar with all social media platforms
- Professionalism
- Proficient with technology
- Highly organized
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrates excellent time management skills
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and presentation skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Time management: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:

- Edmonton, AB T6E 5Z7 (required)
