As Alida’s **Implementation Specialist **you will play a critical client-facing role in helping Alida customers quickly and effectively implement their software investment. You will be responsible for leading the customer implementation and ensuring the SaaS platform is fully configured to meet client requirements.

In this client facing role, you will work with teams internally and externally, with a focus on rapid time to value and client enablement. Due to the nature of the work volume, you will be expected to manage multiple implementation projects in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

**We are looking for someone based in Canada, to support customers on the Eastern time zone.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Successfully drive implementation and transition of Alida’s solutions within our customer's environment
- Maintain stakeholder engagement at all levels of organizations through effective and efficient deployment of communication strategies and plans
- Monitor and report on project progress internally and externally to ensure deliverables, budgets and timelines are met
- Drive the services delivery according to the agreed upon scope, timeline and budget while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Serve as project leader of internal and client resources for team-based implementation projects
- Set agendas and lead strategy, kick-off, and workshop meetings
- Adapt content and guidance to the customer’s specific business objectives
- Respond to shifts in configuration scope and effectively manage client expectations Address and escalate risks w

- Complete internal documentation processes to ensure accurate resource planning and financial reporting

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 2+ years of project management experience is required, preferably in SaaS organization
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Post-secondary educational degree
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment
- Experience designing and implementing software solutions
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail

**_ *The typical salary range for this position based in Canada is $70,000-75,000 CAD depending on experience*_**
