**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of marketing principles.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Sales Leadership**: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our mission to nurture young artists. Focus on sustainable growth by setting clear sales targets and KPIs.
- **Market Expansion**: Proactively seek out new business opportunities by identifying potential partnerships with local businesses, community centers, and schools to increase outreach and drive enrollments.
- **Event Planning and Execution**: Plan and oversee the execution of engaging marketing events that promote our school's programs and showcase student talent to the community and prospective parents.
- **Marketing Campaign Development**: Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling marketing campaigns. Utilize a mix of digital and traditional marketing tools to enhance visibility and attract new students.
- **Content Creation for Social Media**: Create engaging, informative, and visually appealing content for platforms like Redbook and Instagram. Tailor content to highlight student projects, school events, and educational insights, engaging with a diverse online community.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients through exceptional follow-up, customer engagement strategies, and personalized communication.
- **Competitive Analysis and Market Intelligence**: Conduct thorough market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market needs to inform our marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration and Networking**: Actively seek and develop collaborations with art influencers, local artists, and community leaders to enhance educational content and create more opportunities for student engagement.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Regularly track and report on sales performance and marketing effectiveness, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet business objectives.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay abreast of the latest trends in arts education and marketing to continuously refine and improve our strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in an educational or arts-related field.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive sales and marketing teams towards achieving business goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with a strong analytical mindset and experience in content creation for social media platforms like Redbook and Instagram.
- Passionate about arts education and committed to promoting the benefits of creativity in child development.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).

Pay: $40,161.96-$93,430.34 per year
