E-commerce Marketing Specialist

As the E-Commerce Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of paid digital marketing initiatives. This position will work directly with our marketing and e-commerce teams. You are passionate about all things digital, e-commerce, and connected devices.
- Overall support to the marketing department on a variety of projects
- Developing, monitoring, writing and updating product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals.
- Working with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across eCommerce platforms.
- Support campaign and paid media launches, optimization, and reporting inclusive of creative, campaign setup, audience targeting and q/a.
- Monitor budget pacing and key performance metrics across performance marketing channels
- Build ad campaigns in Amazon for Search, Display and YouTube, and Facebook ads manager ensuring all budgeting, targeting, tracking and timelines are set up correctly
- Support the growth of our affiliate marketing program by liaising with current and potential partners
- Oversee the creation of discounts and promotions
- Collaborate and coordinate with external partners
- Create performance reports on an ongoing basis
- Continuously identify and act on new opportunities for audience growth, brand awareness, and brand exposure
- Support other members of the marketing team on various tasks as needed
- Brainstorming and conceptualizing unique ideas for existing and new brands, and implement the project with support from the marketing team
- Work on posting marketing materials to our Wordpress & Shopify sites
- Using Spreadsheets or Excel in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in customer service
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Computer skills required: MS Office Suite
- Enthusiasm for digital and paid performance marketing
- Adaptability - you are open to ambiguity and working in a fast-paced start-up environment with a sense of urgency to meet timelines.
- You take initiative in problem solving
- An aptitude for learning - you are not afraid to try new things
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Bonus Skills**
- Experience with Amazon marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$100,714.71 per year
