**Outbound Sales Specialist**
**Overview**
Love sales but not what you’re selling? Blu Ivy is looking for an Outbound Sales Specialist who will play a foundational role in driving lead generation through our next phase of growth. With the autonomy to pursue leads your way and work closely with leadership to tackle challenges, you’ll actively engage CHROs, and Talent Acquisition leaders to spark interest in Blu Ivy’s unique employer branding solutions. You’ll work closely with a small, high-performing business development team, driving our mission to make employer branding a strategic force that delivers impactful business results. **Responsibilities**:
- Build and execute personalized outreach strategies that speak directly to the challenges and priorities of C-suite and talent acquisition decision-makers.
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads and set up meetings or demos with senior team members.
- Document prospect interactions, track outreach effectiveness, and refine techniques to increase engagement, lead conversion, and overall pipeline growth.
- Develop sales collateral and case studies in partnership with Marketing to support sales initiatives.
- Provide insightful feedback to the team on trends or challenges observed in outreach, contributing to Blu Ivy’s overall sales strategy and best practices.
**Work Experience Requirements**
**Must Have**
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development, ideally in the HR/Consulting industry.
- Proven success in developing outreach strategies that drive results and fill the sales pipeline.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and the resilience to adapt messaging based on feedback.
- Confidence and tenacity in connecting with and building relationships with high-level stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Must currently be eligible to work in Canada
**Nice to Have**
- Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or consulting services.
- Strong understanding of the needs and priorities of HR, talent acquisition, and C-suite leaders.
**Educational Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
**Additional Knowledge & Skills**
- Passion for sales and enthusiasm for meeting targets.
- Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to lead generation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Confidence and resilience, with a natural ability to build rapport.
