**What You'll Be Doing**

You’ll work in a fast-paced Contact Centre where you’ll proactively reach out to clients to suggest new and existing solutions and products. We represent Reliance Home Comfort, Canada's best HVAC experts providing sales and service for all types of furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters and protection plans.

As a Technical Sales Representative, you’ll share your extensive knowledge of protection plans with clients through outbound calls. You will be responsible for promoting and selling protection plans to prospective clients through phone calls. Your ability to understand and convey technical information will be crucial in driving sales and building strong relationships with customers.

**Training and Commitment**:

- 2 day training (Mandatory - Will be provided upon joining)
- Requires 1 year commitment

**Responsibilities**:

- Outbound calling to existing client base offering additional products
- Engage in conversations focusing on sales metrics
- Build customer confidence in the services offered by the company
- Work as a team to achieve group and individual targets

**Requirements**:

- Strong work ethic with a passion for delivering outstanding results
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proven experience in technical sales, telemarketing, or a similar role
- Previous call center/ IT experience is would be considered an asset

**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**

**Schedule**:

- 8-9 hour shifts
- Monday to Saturday (Saturday offs would be on the basis of client requirements)
- Breaks are unpaid (1 hour break)
- **Saturday availability is Mandatory**

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Call Centre Experience: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
