**The Opportunity**

VoPay is currently looking for a Partnership Manager to join our team and help us build relationships with our existing, and new strategic partners to generate leads, drive revenue growth and implementation of our payments-as-a-service solutions, develop strategic partner relationships and our partnership programs. This role provides the unique opportunity to collaborate with top executives and entrepreneurs while assisting company growth through new client acquisition.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Source strategic partners across geographies and develop strategic partnerships which contribute to the user acquisition targets.
- Own relationships, manage partner accounts and expand the partner relationships, having a target around leads, bookings, pipeline and business goals within your portfolio of partners.
- Manage the identification and negotiation of business and technical terms in partner agreements to working collaboratively with marketing and product, on getting them up and running and driving acquisition and adoption with their prospects and customer base.
- Build, develop and own senior-level relationships with our partners and within their organizations, so they know who we are, what we do, and why they should partner with us for mutual growth.
- Maintain a pipeline of partner customer opportunities by stage, crafting and executing on a GTM plan with partners, to identify growth opportunities for VoPay through partnerships.
- Establish a deep understanding of our business operations and product lines, our different payment solutions, and payment rails supported.
- Engage, educate, collaborate, and coach external partners to build an execution plan, flexing between different audiences and needs. Supporting them in referring and reselling our products.
- Maintain touchpoints with the existing partners while collaborating with non-technical / go-to-market teams to set our partners up for success.
- Identify growth opportunities, forge and develop relationships to enable continued rapid growth of VoPay.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and industry sectors, conducting in-depth business analysis to identify new competitive opportunities.
- Manage the partner marketing budget and set success criteria, measure, and report out sales pipeline and partner marketing-influenced bookings.
- Produce, organize and maintain internal and external sales and marketing materials like presentation decks, case studies, competitive intelligence and contact lists.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external partner and client debriefs.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Several years of experience in partnership management, channel sales, and/or mid-market/enterprise sales. Extensive knowledge and interest in tech, payments, sales and the fintech industry.
- Good understanding of fintech and payments domain.
- Experience driving sales and being a talented relationship builder and prospector capable of targeting key decision makers to push opportunities and partnerships forward.
- Strong overall marketing acuity with the ability to “partnerize” campaigns and content to meet the unique needs of each partner while amplifying VoPay core messages.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, opportunities and personalities across the deal cycle.
- Passion for building strong relationships and collaborating with others.
- Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution and follow through with partners.
- Experience working in high ambiguity environments and turning uncertainty into opportunity.
- You’re naturally curious and confident, love to ask questions, listen and learn from conversations. You then use that to evangelize how innovative payment solutions can help them on their path to digital transformation.
- You’ve got a bias toward action, love to dive in and get things done.
- You are comfortable working with clients at any level in the organization, nurturing them as needed and becoming a trusted advisor.
