**Lexia Communications Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Office Admin/Dispatcher in Montréal, QC**

**Duties**:

- Office Administrative duties
- Dispatch duties
- Organize files and keep month-to-month invoice records
- Create/collect new and pending invoices from clients
- Checking the schedule of technicians
- Co-ordinate with employees in the office and on the field
- Administer and communicate with the staff in Montreal and Quebec province

**Skills**:

- **Must be Fluent in English and French**:

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an office setting
- A degree or diploma in Office Administration or Accounting-related fields is an asset.
- Must be able to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
- Work in a diverse environment
- Training will be provided

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
